All I can think of is a typing error. However, you should not be using WEP. It's not very secure and is easily cracked. Use WPA or WPA2 instead, with a long pass phrase. AFAIK, neither my TiVo nor my WPC11v3 (when it was working) could use WPA. True. A quick check of the WPC11v3 data sheet shows WEP only. Bummer.
